Why we built it

Inspectors, critics and sommeliers spend their lives finding the best tables in the world. Their verdicts are spread across 18 different guides, each with its own website, its own scale and its own way of searching.

Planning a trip meant opening all of them side by side. Wattafork does that work once, for everyone.

How it works

1. We gather

   We follow the published selections of the guides below and keep them up to date as new editions come out.

2. We connect

   When several guides recognise the same restaurant, we bring their awards together on one profile, so you can see who the experts agree on.

3. You explore

   Open the map wherever you are, filter by guide, cuisine or service, and find the restaurants worth the trip.

What we don't do

• No anonymous reviews. Every listing comes from a professional guide, not from star ratings by strangers.
• No paid placements. Restaurants cannot buy their way onto the map or up the list.
• No noise. If a restaurant is here, someone whose job it is to judge restaurants has already been.
